Rachel is a sex and relationship therapist who specialises in working with gender, sexuality and relationship-diverse (GSRD) clients. She trained with the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy and is a registered member of COSRT. Rachel has worked as a counsellor in various settings, including the NHS, in private practice and at various charities. She works with individuals and couples on a wide variety of issues, including communication issues, working through change in a relationship, mismatched libidos, pain during sex, and erectile dysfunction. Additionally, she often works with clients on GSRD-specific issues such as navigating opening up a relationship, working through jealousy, unpacking shame around kinks and fetishes, exploring gender or sexuality, and how to explore kinks safely.

Prior to training as a sex and relationship therapist, Rachel worked for a sex toy company, teaching people about the importance of pleasure. She also completed a Masters in Gender, Sexuality and Culture where she had a particular focus on sex work.

Rachel utilises an integrative approach unique to each client that blends psychosexual, person-centred and psychodynamic theory as well as communication tools and techniques to support clients with relationship and sexual difficulties.
