I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard, accepted and able to be yourself without fear of judgement. I am approachable and easy-going, and bring warmth and, where appropriate, humour into my work to help make conversations about sex, intimacy and relationships feel more comfortable.

I completed a Master’s degree in Psychology before undertaking specialist training in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy. As part of my training, I have been working therapeutically with adults experiencing a range of sexual and relationship difficulties, combining clinical experience with an evidence-informed and compassionate approach.

Before training as a therapist, I spent several years supporting autistic children and young people with additional needs. This developed my understanding of neurodiversity, different communication needs and the importance of adapting the way I work to the individual rather than expecting everyone to engage with therapy in the same way.

Within my psychosexual work, I support people experiencing difficulties including changes or differences in sexual desire and arousal, painful sex, orgasm and ejaculation difficulties, sexual confidence and problematic or compulsive sexual behaviours. I also welcome clients exploring gender or sexuality, consensual non-monogamy, fetishes and kinks, and relationship or communication difficulties.

My aim is to provide an inclusive, affirming and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. We can work together to better understand what may be happening, develop greater confidence and explore changes that feel meaningful to you.

Above all, I hope therapy can help you develop a greater understanding of yourself, build healthier relationships with yourself and others, and feel more confident making choices that reflect your own values and wellbeing.
