Munjeeta (they/she) left their career as a primary school teacher to pursue their passion for mental health. Having completed a foundation certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy they went on to train as a psychosexual and relationship therapist. Munjeeta has always been curious about sexuality and relationships, and has a depth of lived experience to offer; they believe that sex is so more expansive than societal norms would suggest. They offer a space in which it’s safe to be authentic, and encourage curiosity about the past and possibilities. Munjeeta is a pluralistic, integrative practitioner and utilises a wide range of tools and techniques in her therapeutic work. As a sex educator, they value psychoeducation as its foundation. Working holistically and intersectionally allows them to tailor their work to support their clients in overcoming the unique difficulties that prevent them from achieving a fulfilling sex life. Munjeeta is of mixed heritage (British and Indian) and lives with type one diabetes. They are interested in working with people of all ages, backgrounds, sexualities, gender identities and relationship styles, as well as those who have chronic health conditions.
