Mike is a Psychosexual and Relationship Psychotherapist working with a wide range of issues. Specialising in Compulsive Sexual Behaviour and Chemsex presentations, working together to reduce harm and build safer lifestyles. Mike is a queer man and is particularly focused on working with the Queer community, and considers himself to be a strong Trans ally. Mike has been working for the charity Controlling Chemsex and also Cruse, the bereavement support charity, offering individual and group sessions. Mike has also trained with the European Sex Workers Alliance in Amsterdam, and welcomes the opportunity to work within that community. Mike uses a wide range of psychotherapeutic techniques as the presentations require.
Qualifications:
- BA (Hons)
- FDN in Psychotherapy and Counselling (Regents University)
- Dip. in Clinical Sexology
- Dip. Compulsive Sexual Behaviour (CICS)
- BSc Psychology and Counselling (Open University Yr. 2 ongoing)
- MCOSRT (reg.)
