Lina is an integrative psychotherapist specialising in psychosexual and relationship therapy. She trained with the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy and is a registered member of COSRT. Lina is passionate about her work, supporting individuals and couples from all backgrounds including sexual trauma survivors, migrants, LGBTQ+, and GSRD. She offers therapy for a wide range of sexual and relationship issues. Lina tailors her therapeutic tools and approaches to individual clients’ needs. These include CBT, attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, imago therapy, and existential therapy, in addition to a wide range of psychosexual tools and techniques.

Lina believes that everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and given a space to express and explore their feelings. She provides a warm, safe, non-judgmental environment for her clients. Lina’s motto is “To feel & to express; to be aware & to look for solutions”.

Lina guides those she works with to look at things from different angles to help identify the factors that have a negative impact on their sexual life, relationships, and life in general. She also believes every one of us has a special internal power. This power helps us retain our sense of self and allows us to heal and grow. If you temporarily lose this power, Lina will work with you to help you regain it.
