Jess is a Clinical Sexologist and Relationship Therapist having completed three years of training at the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology. Jess works with clients on a range of presenting issues, such as unreliable erections, painful penetration, including vaginismus, low desire, anorgasmia, LGBTQIA+ and GSRD (gender, sex and relationship diversity) identity exploration.
Jess also works with couples and intimate partners to support them in all aspects, such as communication, betrayals, and managing conflict. As well as working partners who are looking to open their relationship and explore ‘non-traditional relationships’ such as polyamory and consensual non-monogamy.
Jess has trained as a Pluralistic Therapist, which means she applies different therapeutic models and techniques that are individual and unique to you. Jess will work with you to look at all aspects of your life to help them understand what you might need. Jess will help you develop reflective skills, which means that you can reflect not only in sessions but at other times also.
Jess has worked in mental health services, organisations and charities throughout her career. Jess has always had a passion for supporting others to increase their self-esteem and self-worth, as well as reduce internalised shame and guilt that impact sexual identity.
Jess is neurodivergent aware, and trauma-informed and has experience adapting her style and techniques to best work with all clients. Jess brings an open-minded and non-judgmental approach to her practice and values every client and couple as diverse and unique.
Jess works in-person in Bloomsbury, as well as online.
