Caroline is a COSRT-accredited psychosexual and Relationship Therapist. She has worked as a therapist in the NHS and private practice and as a volunteer counsellor for Victim Support. Caroline has also presented modules on the Affinity Academy Advanced Diploma in Contemporary Relationship Therapy.

Caroline previously worked as an RGN in the NHS for 22 years and at The Royal Women’s Hospital, Melbourne. Caroline has worked as a sexual health and contraception Clinical Nurse Specialist and a menopause nurse specialist, as well as in cancer care, gynaecology, vulval dermatology clinics and HIV management.

Having enjoyed her work as a menopause nurse specialist in Melbourne, Caroline has a strong interest in menopause and sexuality (both “normal” menopause and early menopause after cancer treatment). Caroline is passionate about supporting women to adjust through these years of physical and psychological change, to revitalise their connection with their sexual selves.

Caroline works with individuals and couples using an integrative approach, drawing on a variety of therapeutic models. She aims to build collaborative relationships with her clients, respecting and encouraging clients’ autonomy and responsibility. She is committed to diversity and inclusivity, and she is experienced in working with non-binary clients, as well as those with neurodiversity and disabilities.

Caroline works with women and couples experiencing challenges when trying to conceive. Also, with women experiencing sexual difficulties after traumatic childbirth.
