BJORN’S PROFILE

Bjorn (he/him) is a COSRT registered psychosexual and relationship therapist based in Hackney, London. He is fully qualified and has experience of working as a therapist for charities, the NHS and private practice.

He works with couples and individuals, of all backgrounds and orientations, to help them improve their relationships and sex lives. He strongly believes that all relationships can be better, and the impact of better relationships can be hugely positive for us, our partners and our families. He helps clients work on a wide range of psychosexual and relationship issues that occur at different stages of our lives.

All clients have unique needs, so Bjorn uses ideas and tools from many therapy approaches to find what works for each client. Therapy often includes exercises that clients can work on between sessions to help them work towards changing patterns and improving their experience in a concrete way.

Talking about your sex life and intimate relationships can be difficult, so Bjorn’s goal is to create a space in therapy where you feel safe and comfortable to start talking and working towards a better life experience.
