ATLANTA’S PROFILE

Atlanta is a Psychosexual, Relationship and Bereavement Therapist. She has been providing therapy since 2008 in her private practice, supporting individuals and couples across all cultures, ages, wide ranging mental health issues, offering a muti dimensional approach to the therapeutic support her clients need.  Atlanta has worked for renowned organisation including Relate, Cruise Bereavement and the NHS.

Atlanta is a member of Corst as well as the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. She was also a trustee for Footsteps Counselling and Care. and has developed a free course in support of miscarriage, stillbirth, infertility or pregnancy-related issues.

Trained with an Advanced Diploma in Couples Counselling, a PGdip in Psychosexual Therapy, and an MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes.  Atlanta specialises in supporting adult survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence and people experiencing varied sexual orientations, including identity, fetishes and sex addiction.  She has gained valuable experience over her many years of working, understanding the power of the mind working with individuals, couples and groups.

Before her counselling work Atlanta was employed at the BBC as an assistant producer in specialist factual, giving her the opportunity dealing with a wide range of people and huge variety of life issues. Atlanta has a strong belief we can all understand the patterns of our minds with the right tools, allowing us to change and be the best version of ourselves.
