It is an opportunity to work through difficulties, understand more about yourself and your situation, while finding ways to cope, heal, grow, and improve the way you feel over time.
Sometimes we don’t know why we are feeling as we do, nor how to take the steps to move forward to a happier place. We may not have thought about how counselling or psychotherapy could help. Talking to and sharing your thoughts and feelings with a therapist can help to make more sense of what is happening and together find a way to work through it.
We understand how hard it can be to find time in busy schedules so we have therapists who can offer appointments throughout the week – daytime, evenings and weekends.
